ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency is a high-performing, growing team of nine with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. I’ve been a State Farm agent for 10 years and have been with the company for 18 years, starting my career right out of high school. That experience has helped shape a deep understanding of the business and a passion for developing a successful, customer-focused team.
I’m married with two kids, and we stay very involved in our community, including participating in the Polar Plunge fundraiser each year. Giving back and staying connected locally is an important part of who we are.
For our team, we offer PTO, a Simple IRA with a 3% match, group life insurance, individual and office-wide bonus opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Our office culture is friendly, supportive, and results-driven. We’re focused on continuous improvement and creating the best possible experience for our customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who is motivated, positive, and excited to be part of a high-performing team that values both success and service.
